Designed an experience that supports Dynamics 365 community members as they navigate within the community. This was accomplished through incentivizing desired actions and motivating them to reach their next achievements.

Badge design: I revamped the community badges for improved readability, style consistency, and categorization. The updated design features gradient colors, streamlined icons and text, and a categorized layout based on activity types and achievement levels. This redesign provides users with clear visibility of their accomplishments and guides them towards their next milestones.
Badge interaction: I collaborated with a content designer to enhance the interaction experience with badges. Together, we refined the hover states to provide either a descriptive tooltip for badges yet to be earned or a congratulatory message for those already achieved. The intensity of the congratulations now corresponds to the difficulty of the badge, offering users a more engaging and rewarding experience.
Notifications: When users earn a badge, they receive notifications via email, toast pop-ups, and alerts in the notification bar. This multi-channel approach ensures they are promptly informed and can celebrate their achievements across different platforms.
